Jahnvi Sharma is a third-generation practicing advocate at the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. She specializes in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Constitutional Law, Family Law, International Relations & Diplomacy, as well as Mediation & Conciliation. A trained mediator, she is adept at legal drafting, argumentation, and research. In addition to litigation, she provides legal advisory and consultancy services to various educational institutions and organizations. With a background in Political Science (Hons.) from Hindu College, Delhi University, Jahnvi is also an avid reader and an occasional poet. She is closely associated with TheVirtualLawyer, an Instagram initiative dedicated to enhancing virtual legal education through live sessions. The platform has conducted over 100 webinars and interactive discussions, making legal knowledge more accessible.
