Redefining Pre-Departure Training for Scholars

On July 18, 2025, the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) launched a groundbreaking Pre-Departure Week for 300 Emirati scholarship students heading overseas for university. This initiative aims to equip students with academic knowledge and essential life skills. ADEK’s program responds to the increasing number of Emirati students studying abroad, with 2,190 international scholarships awarded to date, highlighting the growing global engagement of UAE graduates.
